Privacy, Return, Warranty and Shipping Policies

 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY

 

We at G it Store USA – GIT Associates LLC are dedicated to protecting your privacy and personal information. At  G it Store USA all of your personal information is protected by our (SSL) encryption technology. This securely encrypts and protects all of your personal data including your name, address and credit card information so that it can't be read by anyone over the internet. We value your trust very highly, and we will work to ensure that your personal information that you provide us will be fully secured and protected.

We do not sell or give your personal information to 3rd parties. Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts, there is always a risk that third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions. This reality is true of all Internet use. As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit, and you transmit all information at your own risk.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

ORDERS- To cancel your order you must send an email to support@gitstore.net within 8 hours of when you first placed your order or call 954-212.1780. If your order has been already processed we are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

 

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

 

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS- Will be at the discretion of G it Store USA a restocking fee may be charged for custom and special orders please call 954-212-1780.

 

SALES TAX

 

Sales tax is charged on all products and orders shipping to Florida (FL).  Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order, and may vary depending on the county your product is shipping to.

 

RETURN / WARRANTY POLICY

 

In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number. Email us at rma@gitstore.net to obtain a return number. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

 

Any package that has not been received by rma@gitstore.net and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

 

The RMA number is valid for 7 days from the date issued - product must be received by us within 7 days of issuing of the RMA number, otherwise the warranty is void.

Items returned will be tested, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. Items returned and not found defective will be returned at buyer’s expense or alternately refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

All exchanges with G it Store USA must be processed within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all exchanges must be processed through the manufacturer.

 

G it Store USA provides a 30 day warranty on all new Items and 7 days for the refurbished ones.

 

Warranty period starts the day the product is delivered at your address.

Refunds / Exchanges are made within the warranty period.

Warranty is void if products returned are physically damaged.

For any item that does not have a warranty period stated, there is no warranty implied or offered by G it Store USA.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, G it Store USA is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 10 days if order is not received. 

OUT OF STOCK  ITEMS

Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days from the time that you place your order. 

 

We reserve the right to not ship to some destinations.

 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping and Handling are not refundable.

 

We ship Worldwide* (African and South America customers may contact us before placing order).

We are not reesponsable for any or all Brazilian tax customs( Clientes Brasileiros  - As Ordens geralmente chegam entre 1 a 2 semanas.
